Blizzard!

Yup, it was the Blizzard of 2009. The last time DC got this much snow was Febuary 15, 2003. I remember the date because Vinnie and I were heading to the airport for a surprise (for me!) trip to Florida when the snow started. We got engaged the night before. Great memories!

We got 16 inches or so. It seemed like a lot more than that! I volunteered to shovel because I wanted exercise- dork! Vinnie helped the night before when my hands got too cold.
