Pumpkin Muffins

Cooking again with my girl. We decided to try a recipe on the side of the pumpkin bread box since we had all of the ingredients. Pumpkin cheesecake muffins sounded great to me!

Quick self portrait

My Annabelle loves to mix
First you add a pumpkin layer

Then you add the cream cheese mixture layer and make a silly face

Finally you add the pumpkin crumbles layer and give it a taste. The finished product was super yummy!

Oh here is Summmer. She does NOT like the flash on our camera. She always looks scared in the pictures- he he!
